Existing condition surveys

Provides a detailed record of the existing conditions of a property. This documentation includes measurements, photographs, drawings (2d AutoCAD), and descriptions of various elements and components.

Floor plans

A scaled, graphical representation of a space or building that illustrates the layout and arrangement of rooms, walls, doors, windows, fixtures, and other structural and design elements within a building.

Reflected ceiling plans (RCP)

An RCP is a specialized drawing that provides detailed information on systems such as M.E.P. (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing), ceiling heights, finishes and relevant details.

Communication / electric plans

A set of detailed diagrams that outlines the layout of telephone and electrical systems within a space.

Fire safety / security plan

These plans provide a comprehensive documentation of fire safety equipment (e.g. extinguishers and sprinklers), fire detection devices (smoke detectors), fire alarm systems and security cameras.

Exterior elevations

A two-dimensional scaled drawing that provides a view of a building's external facades or sides. Landmark quality drawings provided upon request.

Interior elevations

A detailed drawing that provide views of the interior walls and vertical surfaces of a room or space within a building.

Building sections

Also known as cross-section architectural drawings that provide a vertical slice or cut-through view of a building or structure. 

Floor elevation survey

A specialized type of surveying and measurement process used to assess and document the flatness and levelness of a floor surface within a building 


As-built survey

A documentation process used to create accurate and detailed drawings or plans of a construction project or structure after it has been built (post construction).


BOMA/REBNY area calculations

A standardized method for measuring and calculating the rentable and usable areas within commercial buildings, particularly office buildings. These calculations provide a consistent basis for determining rentable square footage, which is used to establish lease rates and allocate space costs among tenants.


Construction documents

Often referred to as construction drawings and specifications, are a set of detailed and comprehensive written and graphic materials that provide precise instructions for the construction, renovation, or modification of a building or structure.

All deliverables are provided in 2d AutoCAD file (compatible in all versions), PDF and links to photos.
